(CaM)迅速增加, 之后低于对照, 而根系在胁迫12h 时钙调素含量降低, 胁迫48h 时达到高峰后迅速下降。渗透胁迫下氯丙嗪( 100μmol/ L)降低叶片相对含水量及干物质量, 增大根系质膜透性, 抑制根系和叶片的伸长。
