以2013 ~ 2016年中证800指数样本股公司为研究对象,探讨公司治理、外汇衍生品使用与企业价值之间的关系。研究发现:外汇衍生品使用能够显著增加企业价值,使用外汇衍生品管理外汇风险的企业,其企业价值要比未使用的企业高出5.7%;公司治理水平越高,企业越倾向于使用外汇衍生品;而公司治理水平低的企业,外汇衍生品使用对企业价值的提升作用不明显。
